Ella Beard

Originally from South Australia, Ella commenced their Bachelor of Music on violin at Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium, before returning to South Australia and continuing their studies on viola with Stephen King at the Elder Conservatorium of Music. Ella’s time has recently been spent performing with the Australian Youth Orchestra, playing chamber music, and working in community music settings through the Connecting the Dots in Music Mentorship Program. Ella strives for a career that champions diverse voices in Australian music and highlights the transformative power of music in the community.
